The land around the church in Villstad parish is farmed in traditional ways to maintain the look of the landscape and to protect the fauna and the flora. The picture is taken at Villstad church in the evening with shadowy trees in July 2014. The red house in the middle is the parish home and is built on the old Villstad school site (at least I think so). My grandmother went to school here. This is the traditional picture of the Swedish countryside with a red cottage with white corners in a wooded area.
